The local 212 Fast Fund mission: To provide Milwaukee Area Technical College students experiencing economic emergencies with rapid financial support and to promote public and MATC policies on issues impacting MATC students so they remain enrolled and achieve academic success.

FAST Fund is an independent 501(c)3, not affiliated with MATC.

We recognize the dedication of MATC educators' support for their students. Fast Fund at MATC has created a collection of resources for eduators to share with students to assist their efforts of supporting students on their educational journey.

The FAST Fund is run mostly by a volunteer staff of MATC retirees. We employ one full-time Executive Director and have 4 part-time staff members. We are much more than just our staff: our student volunteers, fellows, past MATC faculty, community partners, and so many others keep us alive. All of our support is funded through tax-deductible voluntary donations!
